58 Tour Eiffel

The 58 Tour Eiffel is a brasserie located on the second floor of the monument. Like the Jules Vernes, the restaurant has been completely redone as part of the modernization of services offered on site, from the menu to the decoration. The establishment should reopen its doors in 2021, after more than a year of work.

Ramy Fischler, designer of the year 2018, founder of the RF studio and Nicolas Delon, founder of the Encore Heureux collective have thus modified the place to bring more transparency and light. The goal? To promise comfort and a beautiful view from every spot in the room.

As for the cuisine, the menu was created by the famous Thierry Marx, a starred chef, known for his achievements in molecular cuisine, street fooding but also for his social commitments. For 58 Tour Eiffel, he chose to honor a contemporary and friendly brasserie cuisine with seasonal products.

Built on two levels, 58 Tour Eiffel serves breakfast, lunch, snacks and dinner. In addition, the first floor is transformed into a lounge bar at sunset, to offer visitors a more intimate atmosphere with a musical backdrop. On the dining room side, on the second floor, the accessible and family menu at lunchtime gives way to a refined cuisine for a more hushed atmosphere in the evening.

The brasserie on the second floor of the Eiffel Tower opens up to a 360 degree view of the metal structure of the monument, offering an exceptional view of the nearest buildings such as the Trocadero or the Palais de Chaillot. If during the day the restaurant allows you to appreciate the natural light that seeps in from many places, at nightfall the 58 Tour Eiffel allows its customers to be the privileged witnesses of the Tower’s light show for a magical and bewitching spectacle.
