Le Jules Vernes

Located on the second floor of the Eiffel Tower, 125 meters above the ground, the Michelin-starred restaurant Le Jules Verne offers refined gastronomic cuisine.

This exclusive and difficult to access restaurant is very popular with French and international celebrities. Sylvester Stallone, Rihanna and Jennifer Aniston have all been there when they visited the capital. The prestige of this restaurant is such that in 2017, the President of the Republic Emmanuel Macron invited his American counterpart Donald Trump for a summit dinner.

As part of the renovation of the Eiffel Tower, which aims to increase the attractiveness, safety and accessibility of the monument, the restaurant was completely remodeled between 2017 and 2019. Alongside Frédéric Anton, the three-starred chef in charge of the menu, architect Aline Asmar d’Amman wanted to intertwine the culinary and decorative arts while adding a decidedly Parisian note, at the crossroads of ancient and modern.

Today, the establishment includes five dining areas, starting with the three main rooms that offer a breathtaking view of the Champ-de-Mars, the Quai Branly and the Trocadero. The restaurant also offers an alcove with a view of the interior of the monument. An intimate space where only two tables of four guests can be installed. Finally, the Jules Vernes also offers a counter with eight seats.

In addition, it is also possible to enjoy the French haute cuisine, a specialty of the place, during lunches or business breakfasts.
